Terrible communication. Had a vehicle in for repairs, we had to regular call to get updates. Issue was never fixed but still expected us to pay for the extended time.

Wish I could share an experience but I can't even get communication from them. Don't bother using their online 'contact us' tool. They don't even use it.

I say the second time I'm went there was so nice very plight told me what to expect and where to the 2 days later they did my catalytic converter very quick going on day 4 no check engine light on my car runs like a champ that guys I definitely be going back in the future

I recently purchased a side by side UTV, I needed it inspected so I could make it street legal. Even though Graham Auto had never done a inspection on a UTV had no problem helping me out.

We came in from out of town to look at a used car and needed to have it looked over. With very little notice to the shop, we were able to get it in and checked out before buying it. We had the most amazing customer service all around, but especially from Nick. Well done. And thank you so much for your care for us.

We had a wonderful experience with Graham auto. Took my truck in and got an estimate on repairs. . Reese went out of his way to make sure we got our truck back on time as we were planning a camping trip and there were a few delays in getting parts. The entire shop was friendly and professional. We will go back.

Graham automotive is fantastic in all ways. Customer Service is excellent. both Alan and Race go out of their way to make sure EVERYTHING is correct. The mechanic’s go out of their ways to make sure your car is fixed and run well..Our family took a chance to use Graham when they had just opened because we wanted to support local and NOT have to go into Tacoma for auto repair..We are very happy with your service and will continue to utilize their services!!!
