Every time I've been there it's just been ok at best and the last time I was there it was ridiculous. The woman that was helping me was super rude and demanding almost yelling at me and barking orders, it was like she couldn't handle her job. I won't be returning.

I have gave this place more then enough chances and they butchered my sons hair every time, this time the lady just gave my son a buzz cut which he wasn't planning on getting and she didn't even trim around one ear and left hundreds of long hairs everywhere uncut, didn't notice till I found out he's been wearing a hat to school because he's embarrassed.

I came im for a trim she butcherd my hair i am beyond upset them she got frustrated which another lady jaf to take over i will never go there again i told her atleast 3 times finnaly had to tell to stop she has wrecked my hair whats left of it so.pissed off ok i called they said i would get a call im 24 hrs nothing what is with that?????

My son has autism and he doesn’t speak in public or to strangers. I told the hairdresser that my son doesn’t talk and explain how he wanted it. She asked him questions and when he didn’t respond with words she made a sound of annoyance and even witnessed her makings hand gestures at the end when he didn’t care to she the back. He said it it was the most stressful haircut he ever had.
This happened today. Young girl long brown/black hair.

Very friendly and helpful and nice. Cut looked cute when styled by them but next day redone, I could see alot of issues.

Stopped in for a haircut today and was lucky to get Alyssa. It’s difficult to find a stylist who understands that a shaved head on a woman is different than a shaved head on a man, and that it’s not as simple as just buzzing it with the clippers. Alyssa has that attention to detail, really listened to me, and did a great job. She also doesn’t keep trying to engage you in conversation the whole time, which I really appreciate. I’ll be asking for her next time I come in!
