I have multiple accounts with key bank, I made a deposit and specified which account I wanted it deposited to. I checked my accounts 2 days later and learned that the teller actually deposited the money into my sons account instead (similiar account numbers). By this time, my account was then negative because of their error. This is the SECOND time this branch has made this error.

Banked @Martin Way branch(This review excludes ?? that opened acct. as she was beyond helpful entire time was there & gets 5?+…as for everybody else)? incompetence abound customer service a foreign concept to all, Ø understanding of own policys I had to inform 1 teller twice they don't hold ?️Bank ✅'s with new customers 2nd time she argued wasnt her the 1st time?, okay whatever you say?, int the end the one thing i asked for & said they would never do was shut it down due to inactivity, can you guess what happened after ¹month??hmmm?

I am very saddened by the lack of professionalism of the employees of this bank (Debra). The Staff has over stepped and taken full advantage of the elderly, They have taken gifts and even gone to their homes to get items. They mix professional and personal is unacceptable, especially when they give their personal opinion on what a person should do, and going so far as to writing it down and handing it to the person including recommending they divorce their wife and selling their house. They have taken their position and used it for their own personal gain.

Switched from Columbia bank/umpqua this has ben the worst experience I have ever had with a bank ! ATM malfunctions daily the staff is very rude said the ATM is (Retarded) ! Im still waiting for my money I never got from the ATM same with the rest of yelm !

I'm disabled and when the staff see me coming, they open the door for me, going in and going out.They always ask how I'm doing with my recovery.

Really bad customer service they always have a can’t answer in stead of helping the customer they just want to make appointments for everything. I bet all the customer are working people it’s not like we can come in the morning so management can handle our questions. They definitely need more training specially the new staff.

This bank has no outside availability for money withdrawal. Branch wouldn't answer questions as typo how one gets their money. Neither employee was wearing a mask

Always nice to me there staff is really friendly. There was another Key Bank I went to that made me a little angry and aggravated. I love The Yelm Key Bank a lot its where I cash my pay checks from work there always nice to me.
