I needed to get a 3 hour glucose test done which isn’t an easy feat when you have two young kids you need to find child care for in the meantime. The website for this location states that’s you don’t need an appointment and can just walk in. Well the day before (Friday 8/23) I called just to confirm that I wouldn’t need to bring anything like the glucose drink and no one answered the phones. I called twice. I live 45 minutes away and this is the closest location and Labcorp is the company I was required to go to per my OBGYN. So I get there 5 mins after open on Saturday and am immediately met by printed signs that say “Saturday labs are by appointment only”. There was an older lady behind the front desk and then another lady who was already telling another patient that was in there “idk I just walked in the door!” So I say “I need to have labs done but your website says I don’t need an appointment.” And the lady who just got snippy with the other patient says “well the website needs to be updated.” And I asked if it was possible to get in at all because I just drove 45 mins and fasted for 10 hours and she responds again in a negative tone “no all our appointments are full for today.” Here’s my issue….why are you getting mad at people for being at your location at opening? Maybe get there earlier or open later if that stresses you out. Two, why is my problem that your website has misinformation and you don’t answer your phones? So many things wrong. They need to revisit what customer service and bedside manner means.

They never answer their phone so if you have questions you have to go in. I made an appointment to go in and the lady was beyond rude. I’ve never in my life had to argue with a person in public and she brought that at of me for the first time. Apparently she doesn’t have any patience for someone who’s new to getting blood work and has questions

Horrible service
If you need an answer do not call 30 times over two days, they will not pick up .
If that answer is something you need for your Saturday morning appointment that you drive from out of town for, you will not be able to get your blood drawn .
Perfect way to waste the last 24 hours of my life.
This place should be closed .

Very rude. Saturday is appointment only and my wife needed blood work. 2 employees in there doing nothing and they couldn't get her in for a 5 min blood draw

I was told to just come in, even after asking if I needed an appointment. I was still told no you can just come in. So I did and then got turned away at the door because I needed an appointment.

Zero communication skills. Office staff gives misinformation regarding check in process, the ONE lab person is rude and confrontational when approached with valid questions. Saturday morning is the WORST time to get labs done,( check ahead of time to assure they even have your order on file), no professionalism when asking for patient information, clearly not the place to come if you need a poke. These people are definitely stretched thin and have no intention of processing their orders in a timely fashion. My wait time was four hours on Friday and an additional two hours on Saturday. The drive to an alternative location would be recommended.

This Labcorp honestly blew it for me. After a routine blood draw, it left the worst bruise and the slowest healing (if it's even healing) I've ever had in my life. The second problem is the phlebotomist who drew my blood gave me the wrong container for a 24hr urine collection, which I had to do it all over again. This wasted effort, time, work, and travel all on my part. Incompetent phlebotomist who shouldn't be working there.

CLOSED ON SUNDAY! IGNORE ALL WEBSITE INFO REGARDING SUNDAY HOURS. Technicians here are wonderful, but just trying to save folks some gas $$!

5 stars means 5 stars. -The lab staff goes above and beyond.My young Son needed to have blood drawn and this is his utmost greatest fear and they did everything in their professional, ethical power to make him comfortable.This operation has good old fashioned quality service.Thank you to the ladies running the blood in the back.

The check in process was through the kiosk, which went smoothly and there was almost no waiting time to get seen. The staff was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable and welcome, and the blood draw was fast and pain free!! Thank you so much!! ??

This location is seriously understaffed and has no receptionist. The check-in process was done through a kiosk that does nothing to alleviate the wait to see a specialist. The staff was friendly but the service was akin to prison style healthcare.
