I was told to just come in, even after asking if I needed an appointment. I was still told no you can just come in. So I did and then got turned away at the door because I needed an appointment.

Zero communication skills. Office staff gives misinformation regarding check in process, the ONE lab person is rude and confrontational when approached with valid questions. Saturday morning is the WORST time to get labs done,( check ahead of time to assure they even have your order on file), no professionalism when asking for patient information, clearly not the place to come if you need a poke. These people are definitely stretched thin and have no intention of processing their orders in a timely fashion. My wait time was four hours on Friday and an additional two hours on Saturday. The drive to an alternative location would be recommended.

This Labcorp honestly blew it for me. After a routine blood draw, it left the worst bruise and the slowest healing (if it's even healing) I've ever had in my life. The second problem is the phlebotomist who drew my blood gave me the wrong container for a 24hr urine collection, which I had to do it all over again. This wasted effort, time, work, and travel all on my part. Incompetent phlebotomist who shouldn't be working there.

CLOSED ON SUNDAY! IGNORE ALL WEBSITE INFO REGARDING SUNDAY HOURS. Technicians here are wonderful, but just trying to save folks some gas $$!

5 stars means 5 stars. -The lab staff goes above and beyond.My young Son needed to have blood drawn and this is his utmost greatest fear and they did everything in their professional, ethical power to make him comfortable.This operation has good old fashioned quality service.Thank you to the ladies running the blood in the back.

The check in process was through the kiosk, which went smoothly and there was almost no waiting time to get seen. The staff was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable and welcome, and the blood draw was fast and pain free!! Thank you so much!! ??

This location is seriously understaffed and has no receptionist. The check-in process was done through a kiosk that does nothing to alleviate the wait to see a specialist. The staff was friendly but the service was akin to prison style healthcare.
