Just had my first ribeye from the 1/2 share I recently picked up. It was delicious. I noticed that there is much more marbling than a typical grass finished product I would buy at a high end supermarket. I’m really excited to dive into some of the other cuts.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The meat is always fresh, well-cut, and tastes amazing. You can tell they care about their customers and their work. Every visit feels personal, not like a typical store. Highly recommend.
