Went for a girls day to have our nails done, something my daughter has look forward to this Summer. Tech that did her nails was extremely rude. Tossed her paint brush down in frustration while detailing a design. Kept repeating to my daughter to hold still, quit moving. Asking my child if she was paying or her Mom? At the end my daughter said thank you to the nail tech for doing her nails, the tech responded to my daughter “Your happy, but I’m not because you kept on moving.” In a rude tone.
I also witnessed the client she was working on nails before us tell her she was being to rough, and that’s why she was tensing up. The other tech working on my daughter’s friends nails got up multiple times to help other clients coming in. While in the middle of doing her nails she even stopped and started to give another client a pedicure….Also noticed they have added charges that they don’t list on the price board when you come in and they just add them on at the end of checkout, without ever mentioning these added charges while doing your nails. Definitely does not match up to what they have listed on price board when you come in. Only giving a two star because the tech that worked with me and my other daughter was friendly, and we do like the way our nails turned out. We won’t be returning and will be taking our business elsewhere.

The staff here were rude to us the minute we walked in, i should have just left. A woman starts bathing at us to pick a color, while I looked at the services board,. She named again to pick a color first. I explained i wanted a basic pedicure and a kiss mani pedi for my 9yo daughter but wanted them gel which i was told would be 10.00 more each, which was fine. The girl that helped my daughter was rude and rough, and kept asking how old she was. They continued to be rude throughout the service. We go to leave and they charged 55.00 for my daughter instead of the 25.00 plus 10.00. They kept saying that they gave her a number 2, not sure what that is but I was very clear, I wanted a kids mani pedicure with gel. It should have been 35.00. I know the lady heard me because she kept giving me side eye and asking how old my daughter was. I didn't make a scene at the salon, paid with tip and left. I would highly recommend going anywhere but here!

I hate leaving bad reviews but I got one of the worst pedicures of my life here. I don’t know if the lady I got was just tired or maybe not feeling well or what happened because my cousin and daughter got great pedicures that same day. my lady was not so great. She didn’t trim my toe nails, didn’t really scrub or trim the dead skin around the nail. She did a lot of putting lotion on my already lotioned calves.. I mentioned the nails needed to be trimmed and she either ignored that or didn’t understand me.. when she was done she didn’t put a top coat on or even come back to tell me my nails should be dry and I could go.. she just left. My cousins lady helped her and my daughter put their shoes back on and made sure they liked their nail colors. My lady was MIA. I kind of thought she’d come back to check and I could say something, but she just poofed. I had to go home and pretty much finish the pedicure myself by trimming the nail and skin and adding a top coat. I did add a star because my daughter really loved it there and they did great with her even being a wiggly toddler.

They were great! Best pedicure I've had in awhile!!! And they even changed my toe color after I took half an hr picking a different color at choosing time, cause I didn't like what I picked at first. The manicure was great. I just do gel polish tips and they are still great after almost 3 weeks. Not to mention I'm a carpenter by trade and my hands go through allot. Very kind staff, they took Time to take care of all my needs. Will be returning for sure. Ive been going to black and white nails for years and at QT nails I didn't have to wait for an hr and a half to be told they didn't have time for me. I found my new nail spot for sure ?

Took my daughter for her 13th birthday first full set- she's absolutely in love with them! I also got a gel french set (I don't like long nails) and they look fabulous!
They were very busy but everyone was professional. The salon was organized and clean.Perk: they are right next to Starbucks! Uh, hell yah! ? I will be back monthly! #mynewplace.
