The person that was working here lastnight 6/25/25 was so rude then I asked him to get a manager and she came out they called the cops on me i finally got my 100.00 dollars back went to other gas station I will never buy my gas from this place again telling me I already started pumping gas and then I shut it off 15 cents into the pump the guy would not reset the pump in the first place then when the cops show up because I was mad him and the manager told the cops that they reset the pump when in fact they did not its funny to me in away that after the cops get there I get my whole 100.00 dollars back when before they would not give it back to me so I could go to a different gas station

It’s a great place to fuel up. It’d be nice if the air machine would constantly accept tap to pay. It’s inconvenient to have to put quarters into it.

The store is open until 1 am. Later in the day there are no checkers. If the store is open a person should be working at a register. Terrible service.

Updated review of Safeway gas in Yelm WA:I USED to get gas here all the time. As long as the price is competitive with OTHER gas stations as well as the res_mart/reservation.On 12/31/23 ,I pulled up thru Safeway and by great surprise i saw that thair regular unleaded was like a penny cheaper then even the reservation gas; plus i had 10 cents points I could use instead of driving clear out to the reservation.I put in my Safeway card; it acknowledged my points. Ok. Then swap to my bank card. Seemed to be fine at first, then it gives me an error to go see attendant._ There must be some mistake_ I tried a 2nd time. Same error. So I walk over to the guy in the shack and tell him the pump doesn't wanna accept my debit card. He matter of factly rolled his eyes and stated, " Are you using a USAA card!!?" . "YEA.. just happens to be I DO bank with USAA!". He states to me, "Our machines don't like USAA cards." Okkkk. Now, this is a NEW ONE . (a long almost awkward pause...) I state " okkkk.......then how can I get gas here...¿!!" I already knew the answer, and it wasn't worth all the effort as he stated." you just have to pay here. " and i confirmed, " ..a pre determinedly CASH_ set amount right??!", he says " YEA.." I'm like "no thanks ( I don't have that much cash on hand) and I don't know exactly how much it'll be... GOODBYE!!; You loose business!!!!!" And I left and went down to the reservation and purchased fuel.I'm NOT impressed one bit with Safeway having discrimination against customers that use USAA!!!
