Needed a new phone - was the third in line with only one person working… his name was Crowe and he was amazing! Very knowledgeable - had us all set up and out the door in record time! - ADDING to my post… just stopped in on a Saturday for another new phone - Blake was incredible! He took his time reviewing our account and found ways to save us money on our monthly bill!

They could not fix my issue. The manager told me that everything looked good and that I need to restart my phone everything I want to access wifi and data. I visited the store in Yelm WA.I explained that my issue started 2 weeks ago and I had no issues before thay.

Yelm, WA T-mobile store is the absolute worst t-mobile store that I have ever been to. Trade in deals going unfulfilled. Traded in my previous phone and was supposed to fully cover the cost of my new phone. Paying an additional $50 per month because of their “service” provided.

Went into the store to set up an account and new lines, etc. Dak and Crowe were so helpful! They made the experience easy, painless and fun. They both had great customer service and fun personalities that made the process a breeze! They were great at walking me through the details and were really knowledgeable when recommending products. I definitely recommend requesting either of them during your visit!

The T-mobile team was extremely helpful. Especially Blake and Crowe with the ability to dual process customer requests. They were super friendly and knowledgeable within their daily scopes of their work. I highly recommend this team if you are interested in using T-Mobile in the future.

I was in the Yelm T-mobile store and was greeted with stares from all employees and they were not very nice about me returning my internet, they didn't say "hello" or "how can I help you" and didn't really seem to want to help or know what they were doing. They ended up giving me the phone number to my iPad saying that was the line I needed to cancel even though I just wanted my internet canceled and returned. Once done with the return, I didn't even get a "thanks for coming in and have a good rest of your day", it was just a blank stare and silence.The customer service was not very good at all and I agree with the other reviews that I will be making the extra 30 minute drive to a different T-mobile store. A bad customer service experience is a great way to ruin a customers day.

Very helpful staff and knowledgeable about all aspects of T mobile systems. Polite and well spoken employees. T mobile has came along way in the last ten years. And has many deals$ and bargains $And they cater to senior citizens. .?

We had the best experience. Crowe was helpful and friendly. I loved his customer service as he listened to our thoughts and concerns and made sure we had what we wanted and wasn’t overbearing. I feel confident if we call and ask questions while getting to know our new phone he will guide us through it. Thanks Crowe and TMobile Yelm!

Needed a new replacement cell phone. They have quite a few low value options on display, but none of them were in stock. No one could tell me when more would be in, and no one was willing to check stock at other nearby t mobile stores. I was up against the wall, but still able to call another t mobile store 30 min away to ask. This store let me down! I've been a t mobile customer since 2000; very sad.
