I got a trim and my hair colored from Jessica W. She is amazing! I recommend her 100%. She’s really friendly and skilled. She gave me exactly what I asked for and my hair is still super healthy. The best hair experience I’ve had & she immediately recognized my hair type, texture and needs which other hair stylist have been unable to do. This spot is located an hour away from my home and I made the commute because I trusted Jessica with my hair and she lived up to her reputation. I love my hair so thank you! I recommend her for hair color.

I've been here 3 times and have found my local haircut & color place! The owner, Erica, is very skilled at both cuts and colors. She does great work with my long thick brunette hair, with subtle layers and balayage color. She squeezed in a toner treatment that cut into her lunch hour because I was leaving for a bachelorette trip the next day, which I really appreciated. I schedule online and have had no timing issues. Low-key, chill space with great prices.

I recommend this place if you want a simple haircut or if you want safer haircuts. I haven't had them color my hair so I can't speak for their services in that respect. I asked for a wolf cut/ very piecy shag with an undercut, and my stylist instead played it very safe and just took a few inches off my hair and gave me a few layers, no undercut. At least I got some of the weight of my hair off my head, but since it's down past my shoulders it will trap the heat on my neck. The stylist said that if it's not what I want I can come back in a month and they can do more of what I wanted. I should have received that in the first place, not coming back again to fix it a month down the road. I had my hair up in a ponytail as soon as I got in the car to drive away from getting my haircut since that's the only thing saving me from shaving my head. I will not be returning.

Super bummed. Scheduled an appointment today for 4pm. Was 8 minutes early with my
Son. At 4pm it was only my son and I in the waiting area. At around 4:10 another customer came in and was called back shortly after by the stylist in the first station closest to the door on the Right hand side. Slightly frustrated we continued to wait. At around 4:20 another customer walks in and is immediately greeted by the stylist at the first station on the left and called directly back. I explained to my son, if he is not seen by 4:30 we would just leave. At around 4:28 my son was finally called back for his haircut.
While my son’s hair was being cut- this after both customers who came in after us had been seen and had left- I asked what the process was for scheduled appointments. I explained that our appointment was scheduled for 4pm and that two other customers who came in after us were assisted while my son and I had to wait. When scheduling my appointment, I selected the option to be seen by any available stylist. I asked if there was someone who was specifically on the rotation for those types of appointments- that would explain the longer wait and others who were assisted that came in after us. The stylist said no and explained the other stylists were probably just wrapping up other clients- this explanation didn’t make complete sense to me as we were waiting for our scheduled appointment prior to the other clients ever entering the building. I would have thought as we were waiting and scheduled, we would be next regardless.
My son and I left at close to 5pm extremely disappointed. While the staff were friendly, we definitely felt like second class customers. At this point, I’m not sure if we will return the clip joint.
A word to the wise, if you make an appointment, make sure to actually select a stylist- don’t select the option for any available stylist (If scheduling from Facebook). From my experience, regardless of the time you show up, it seems priority is given to those who schedule directly with them. As we experienced, clearly those customers were more important.

We came to see Erica this morning after my 3 year old gave herself a haircut. She did an amazing job blending it all together and saving as much hair as she could. We’ve been here for my husband, myself, and kids and are always happy no matter what stylist we see. Thank you clip joint!!!

Jessica W is really great! Stated out with my sons first cut, then my daughter now me and my 3 kids 🥰 She doesn’t pressure any products on you and cuts conservatively which I totally appreciate.

Absolutely fantastic experience at The Clip Joint with Vicki! As someone who values a locally owned and operated business, I couldn’t be happier with my visit. Vicki is a true professional; she took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt completely at ease throughout the appointment. My hair has never looked better, and I’ve received so many compliments. If you're looking for top-notch service and a stylist who genuinely cares about her clients, Vicki at The Clip Joint is the person to see. Five stars all the way!

I started going here after I was no longer satisfied with my old salon. I've had my hair cut and colored, very happy with the results! Before Mother's Day, I had mommy and me photos done with my four year old. She really wanted to get her hair done for the photos. The salon was amazing and squeezed us both in on the day of our photos. Not only that, they really made my four year daughter feel special. It was her first time getting her hair done and she really enjoyed herself. I will definitely keep returning!

One of the best haircuts I’ve ever received
I’m a simple guy and usually go to great clips but decided to try out clip joints and was far from dissatisfied.
Honestly I thought the price of the cut was a bit low for the time and effort my stylist put into the cut
10/10 customer service
10/10 hair cut
10/10 atmosphere
Will be going back
