Ive been meaning to write this review for a while now. I was placed at this place for a job and really enjoyed my stay there. convenient location, clean place and friendly staff.
I especially want to thank Casey the night staff member as my job sometimes requires me to check in quite late. He is always cordial efficient and friendly regardless of the time at night. I can tell he is a reliable worker and best western plus in zilla wa is fortunate to have had him as a consistent nighttime staff member for quite some time now. thank you Casey!
Hopefully our paths will cross again sometime and thank you to the rest of the staff as well

This is one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very nice, clean and roomy and has a great made-to-order breakfast.

Nice room, breakfast with made to order egg/omlete bar, best pet relief outdoor area I’ve seen in awhile and they gave us a goody bag with treats and a toy for the pup. Perfect hotel for exploring wineries

What a great find. Everything you want in a hotel, friendly helpful front desk staff, clean neat facility, great breakfast with an egg station! Close to the highway, gas stations on the corner, food within walking distance. This place is a real gem.

The pillows were to small and had so many larger size pillows would have been better.. the breakfast did have much options.. omelets took them to long to make and one of the ladies who was making them was very rude to the people... I was told there breakfast was one of the best around but I can vouche and disagree to that

Great location right off the freeway. Room was a nice size (we had two queen beds) and if you’re traveling with a baby you could have easily fit a play n pac. The fridge was a nice size and it had a microwave. The entire facility was very clean. Breakfast was a little confusing with the forms and the breakfast lady wasn’t very friendly. A couple restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Great service and clean room. Beautiful view of my truck. I could sit at the desk and eat my dinner and watch my truck, not that I need yo out here. I just enjoy to eat my indian food from Biggs junction and watch over my trucky. : ) Nice and quiet too

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Truly nice people. The property is well maintained, modern, clean, and comfortable. I will stay here anytime I am in the area.
