Very inconvenient bank to have around as your only local bank in the city of Zillah! My mother in law would always complain that the staff was rude to her and treated her disrespectfully! We received a letter in the mail saying our accounts are going to be closed due to “high risk”. What is the point of a business account if you get flagged for depositing and withdrawing large amounts of money. Highly un recommend this bank. Don’t bother waisting time with this bank.

This has been the worst bank i have been associated with! They closed all of our accounts personal and business because we are a “high risk”. They had called a while back due to a large amount that was deposited. This issue was resolved after they called and asked what it was about. It was clarified. But apparently it wasn’t because they sent me a letter saying my accounts were all going to be closed. Very inconvenient bank to have especially for being the only one in the city of zillah! Thanks for nothing! Highly un recommend this bank! Just make the drive to the next nearest bank!

Don't use their ATM... I withdrew 60, it only gave me 40 and the workers didn't care.

Key bank has branches everywhere so if you're in another town, chances are there will be a Key Bank there.

I had to make a payment to a city department, but if I used a credit card I would be charged an additional $54. The dept itself told me to go get cash from Keybank. I walk in and wait to have a teller help me. I told him I was not a member of their bank, but need to withdraw $1900 from my Chase acct. The male teller told me " you can't do that, you can get $100. I explained my grandmother just died and I need to pay the cemetery bill and they need $1900. He said in a sarcastic voice, well you aren't a member and you can't have more than $100. I wasn't asking to give me money I didn't have in my acct. He was cold and insensitive... during a difficult time. I will never return to that bank or suggest anyone go their. You are better off driving into Toppenish and going to CENTRAL VALLEY BANK.
