My car has made a terrible screeching noise when it's in reverse since I bought it. I took it to Cove Run for an inspection and they said I would need rear brakes in 6 months. Took it back to them for rear brakes...NO MORE NOISE! They got me in and out quickly and it was very reasonably priced. I will be coming back to them, for sure!

Nobody more than me would like to leave a good review. For the money I paid I wouldn't do that to my enemy. I can go on and on about what went down but this is already a waste of my time. Save yourself a headache and go to a different garage.

I wish I had something good to say but I don't. They were supposed to mount & balance 4 new Toyo Open Country AT3s on my F-150. Claimed they couldn't get them to balance with stick on weights, ordered bead bags and used those. After about 100 miles the ride finally started to smooth out some then I realized they mounted one of the tires backwards. I return later the same day to have the tire unmounted and flipped around. Technician apologizes. I ask if he will lose beads while unmounting and mounting the tire, he says no. After the job is done the truck is vibrating like crazy again. I knew he had to have lost beads even if he wouldn't admit it. After a few hundred more miles the truck is still not rolling smooth. I return, they remove the same tire again, remove all existing beads and put a new bead bag in the tire. They then proceed to try and charge me for the bead bag... as if it is my fault that the technician mounted my tire BACKWARDS and now has to fix it and the balancing issues caused by lost beads??? I walked out and told them I shouldn't have to pay for it. It is their fault, their mistake. I drove for over a week, 1,000+ miles and it never smoothed out again. Another shop was recently able to remove the beads and balance perfectly fine with stick on weights. $250 later and several hours of my time and my truck is finally rolling smooth, but no thanks to Cove Run. I will never come here again.

I brought my Jeep in for service and mods. They went above and beyond finding the parts for this WK! The bumper and lift they were on point and the installation was done right. I have to thank everyone who had a hand to make this happen! They also work on our car too. New wheels, tires, grille, and headlamp assembly for the Impala. They keep our vehicles in top shape! I bought a vehicle from a dealership and it was giving me so many troubles, I’ve taken it about everywhere to find out what is wrong and they would just charge me and not tell me the complete issues so I would continue coming. This company is seriously amazing, I took the vehicle there to try to figure out everything, and they completely helped me so much, told me absolutely everything that was wrong and helped me figure everything out! I will recommend this company to anyone with vehicle issues or just simple things. They truly do their jobs and will be 100% honest while doing so!
