I had a very professional and helpful phone call with the service person. I had my question taken seriously and was called back with good resolve. I am now waiting for them to call me back to set up an appointment to check out a possible problem I may have with my propane tank behind my house.

Ferrell Gas did a great job again as usual refilling our tank at camp. Went up there after others had been there and found tank empty. Called Ferrell and scheduled a fill up. They took care of it in a very timely manner. Thanks so much for your services.

When we've needed propane, the delivery has occurred within days. We also had a new gas stove installed and they were great in helping to make sure it was connected correctly.
