Well whoever decided to do a complete employee turnover made a huge mistake! I don't mind going in during the day but the evenings just forget about it. Tonight for example the store was closed at 8 or maybe even before... I've experienced one employee talking on the phone with her earbuds while dealing with customers very unprofessional! At least the other staff cared and did their jobs and were personable!

So great having this store in the area. Keeps you from having to run all the way into Oakland if you don't need a bunch of stuff. Great people and friendly service also.
