Wanted a 4-Runner Limited. Called Matt and he tracked one down and brought it in to the dealership. We did a test drive and loved it but just to make sure that was the vehicle for me, I also drove a Rav 4. No comparison! We had an event that we were in charge of that evening and didn't have time to close the deal and this was on a Friday. Monday was MLK Day and bank was closed. Tuesday and Wednesday were snow days and we didn't want to bring our new vehicle out in the terrible conditions. Finally today we got a break in the weather and we were able to finalize the deal and my new 4-Runner is in my garage. Matt showed us everything on the inside of the vehicle. They had the tank full of gas. Seat warmers were on. They thought of everything! If you want a Toyota, drive to Advantage Toyota in Barboursville, WV and ask for Matt Dunkle. He's your man.

WATCH OUT BUYING FROM THIS DEALER!!!!! They will ask to take your photo without telling you they plan on using it in social media ads without your consent or compensation. Greg Johnson is the salesman doing this. make the drive to Portsmouth Ohio to buy your new Toyota. My car is fine but this dealership is unethical and will never see a dime from the service of my new car, RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely terrible customer service. I drove 4 hours to purchase a new Tundra and they knew I was using an employee discount/confirmed I could use it. Then they tell me they can't honor it. Save yourself some time and buy your vehicle somewhere else.

They always explain everything and do exactly what we need them to as well as they do inspections as well so full service for the state helps make things easier as well as a system to remind u to get new changes like oil or radiator
