I’ve bought 6 brand new Toyotas since 2018 and I’ve done deals with just about every dealership within a 100 miles and most of them had subpar service from terrible salesman to upselling sales managers and horrible unreliable unresponsive service depts Thornhill being the worst that it almost turns you away from the brand but I’ve been a Toyota fanboy for years so I’m surprised I’m actually leaving a good review aside from reliability and holding its value and a side from them being firm on trade-in prices because I’ve seen better . The sellsman was awesome helpful and got me the model I’ve been trying to get my hands on for 3 years . The sale manager was nice and I had a small issue but the service center was responsive and called me within 15 mins of talking to the salesman Mike D . During service the gentleman was helpful and they got me out in under 2 hours for work that should’ve taken 4-5 hours . The employee who stood out the most was Chris brunetti the parts foreman or shop foreman who shined during this whole process . I’ve had salesman ignore specific requests I’ve had sales managers pitch me extended warranties after I’ve said no about a 1000 times and service centers that took weeks to contact me if they even bothered to at all . This dealership checked all the boxes that impressed me . Sales ✅✅✅ .sales manager ✅. service dept ✅✅✅. parts dept ✅✅✅✅✅ .

Horrible experience. Picked the car out online I wanted which was showing on the lot while the business was closed but Matt Dunkle decided to say it was no longer available but he could offer me less than I wanted. It's my investment, my money, and my car-i am getting what I want. Being an informed consumer apparently is being argumentative.

Parts department gentleman hung up on me and was quite difficult. Won't buy anything from anyone who has an employee like this. Wish I could give them a zero. Hope the call was recorded so they can listen to there employee at work. I asked for his name and he hung up. Must be proud of how he treated me

As always, I am treated with the utmost courtesy and kindness. The question below are no the right answers...they overlapped. Anyway, I love the way I was treated. Service is exemplary. Advantage Toyota service has been concerning and appears sketchy for several years now.I have owned Toyotas for 40 yrs because no maint issuesI bought a new one in 2018. Nearly every oil change costs $400-$600 due to maint issues found. After car was one year was told had to flush transmission fluid every other oil change charged for that.Bought new battery there 2 1/2 yrs ago, they have no record and say my battery bad and needs replaced again- never failing to mention 5 yr/7 yr warranty- who cares, it is useless.Then they find oil send unit leak and put on receipt I stated it leaked! I didnt even know.So car needs that and gear oil and battery- car is 5 yrs oldIs Toyota making less quality cars now???? Or do these service desk jockeys get percent bonus on $ brought in (I know some hospitals do that for their docs)?Why cant you pick which desk to go to? Why do you have all out front at computers if cant go to specific oneSeems very disorganized and non- transparentOh and I love the fluid color card… like that tells you anything… who knows what they dropped on there to turn it brown.- Not a satisfied customer

I'm very satisfied with doing business with this place I have bought a 2023 Toyota from Drew Mc Daniel him and the Sales Manager were very nice they need more people like these two guys my first car got totaled and I went back and bought another car from them just because they are very good place to buy a new vehicle .

It was a very simple and smooth process. Salesperson was great, never pushy. I was able to do pretty much everything by phone/text and then just came by to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. Easy. By far the best car purchasing experience I've ever had.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I drove 4 hours to purchase a new Tundra and they knew I was using an employee discount/confirmed I could use it. Then they tell me they can’t honor it. Save yourself some time and buy your vehicle somewhere else.

Bought a New 2023 Rav 4 at the end of Nov. Was promised my spare key fob in a month. We are going into July still no spare key fob. Said I could purchase one though. Salesmen was excellent. Looking to buy another vehicle but it won't be Toyota

They always explain everything and do exactly what we need them to as well as they do inspections as well so full service for the state helps make things easier as well as a system to remind u to get new changes like oil or radiator

Drew and Zane were wonderful to work with! Drew kept me up to date on the status of incoming Sienna’s and quickly answered all of the questions I had! Easily the quickest and most convenient car buying experience I’ve had. Everyone at the dealership was so kind. Zane was even nice enough to help find my daughter’s Barbie shoe that had fallen off in the parking lot. Will definitely buy from Advantage Toyota again!
