“Moved into town 2 weeks ago and bought an OBS Ford Ranger. First week driving it, broke down at Lowes. I called Ray over the weekend and left him a message on Saturday with my issues and he called me back within 5 minutes of opening Monday. Towed my truck into him and he was able to fix it same day after diagnosing it was a crankshaft sensor that went bad. Hassle free, very reasonable and saved the day. “thankyou for inspecting my sons car today, appreciate how fast and friendly you were. he has been gone on a long deployment and it hasn't been easy.
After a 2 hour wait, The place a mile up the road failed it for tinted windows that are see through and not even dark, idk why I even went there bc you all have done both of our vehicles a few times now. i say that to tell all those reading this do not take your vehicle to tire and lube express beside the car wash, they wanted to remove the tint and charge me. they are dirty dirty. come to Braggs they wont try to scam you. period.”

He showed me different options until I was sure of what I wanted. Although what I wanted had to be ordered, he made sure that I was updated on the progress. He even entertained the long winded stories that my husband told. ? But, just want to say that Noland is a great Salesperson and trustworthy. “I actually went to the tire center on rt 60. Several workers outside, yet no one approached me. I was there for about 15 minutes. A worker from the Barboursville tire location (David) was there, while he had two tires in his hands. He stopped and asked if anyone approached me? I told him no. He then told the techs they had a customer. They looked up and kept working. David told me to see him at his store in Barboursville and he will take care of me. That he did. I highly recommend the Barboursville location. Thank you David!! You definitely went above and beyond!!!!”
