“I had a great experience working with Levi in the service department at Dutch Miller Hyundai in Huntington, WV.
From the start, Levi asked thoughtful questions and truly listened. As a woman, I’m often not treated well at dealerships or made to feel like I don’t know enough about my own vehicle, but Levi was the opposite. He validated the issue I was having with my 2018 GMC Terrain. My touchscreen was randomly shutting off and dropping calls, which is a big deal since I work in sales and drive for work.
Levi took my car back right away, showed me where to sit, offered a quiet space to work, and checked on me during the service. Afterward, he walked me through what they had done and was honest that the update might not fully solve the issue, including what replacement could cost, without any pressure.
After taking my car back, Levi realized he hadn’t asked about my warranty status. Since that hadn’t been discussed upfront, he spoke with his manager and comped the service, which he didn’t have to do. He also replaced my key fob battery, something I didn’t even realize needed changed.
This all happened the week before Christmas, during a hectic Q4, and Levi took a real mental load off without me asking. I’ve hesitated to use dealerships in the past, but after this experience, I won’t hesitate again. If you need service, I highly recommend Dutch Miller and specifically ask for Levi.”
“Bub and his son are amazing and very dependable. I've been to 1st Choice Auto more than 10 times, and every time it's been a pleasant job, well done. My child is disabled and I live on a fixed income. Bub has worked with the state to accept payments and always has reasonable pricing. I don't know what I'd do without 1st Choice Auto. Everyone else always wants to uncharge for every little thing. Everytime I get work done, Bub is so fast and honest. One time my Rocker Arm busted, while another mechanic said he didnt know how to fix it, bub had it fixed a couple of days later and didnt even charge me. This last time he replaced my rear Subframe and multiple control arms. The Subframe was so rusted it needed to be cut out, no other mechanic would be willing to mess with it. Bub didn't hesitate. My car drives much safer. Such a good man. I'm forever grateful for their hard work. Thank you guys so much. I will forever recommend 1st Choice Auto. I plan on using their services for as long as I can.”

May take a couple days before they can get your car in the lot but it's because they only have a few spaces. Call ahead before you go. Excellent work. Pretty good pricing. Wouldn't put any parts on your car that he wouldn't put on his own so don't expect cheap parts.”
“I came across a great find! TCS Tires gave me an excellent deal on four brand-new tires, mounted and balanced, for my wife’s car. I usually try to find good used tires like I did for my own car last time, especially with how hard things have gotten lately—thanks to the rising costs and economic strain that’s hitting working folks hard.
I stopped by a few places looking for used tires, but no luck. My last stop was TCS Tires out in Kenova. They didn’t have the size I needed in used, so I asked about new ones. They sent me up to the window, and the owner personally worked with me and gave me a great deal on a full set of brand-new tires.

Came here for service the technician was very nice and told me that due to the vehicle being newer it may take longer than usual due to all the new electronics and systems they put in newer vehicles vs older vehicles. There was a TV in the lobby and they give you the remotes so you can watch what you want while you wait, also was able to grab a bite while I waited due to it being so close to restaurants. It took a little bit for the tech to complete the job but I didn’t mind I stayed busy. While waiting for my car I saw customers come in and be completely rude and demand things from the tech I was appalled on how the customers acted toward him, but the tech was professional and kind still. 10/10”
“I came in for a state inspection and the workers were very kind and helpful, getting me in the same day while they were already busy. The gentleman working the front was very courteous and polite, working to keep everyone waiting and coming in taken care of promptly. The workers who handled my inspection found a light needing replaced and it was reasonable to have done with the part, labor and then the inspection itself. I'd recommended and hopefully will be back in two years when it's due again!”

“When my mother and I pulled up, one of the mechanics came running out to us. We told him how part of our vehicle was hanging on the bottom. He got down on the ground, outside on the concrete, and checked it. He didn’t have the parts for it and took it off and hooked the rest for us, until we could get the parts to get it fixed. He didn’t charge us, either.
