My battery was being problematic. Sean was super helpful from my first phone call to putting a new battery in during terrible heat!! Explained the process & had overall fantastic customer service! Highly recommend AutoZone, for employees like Sean!!!

Me and my mom needed a battery for her car although we hated to spend $200 on a battery, but that's about how much they cost nowadays. The employee (forgot his name but he was in his 30s I believe) was really nice. Had a great sense of humor and had a great conversation with us while he was installing the battery. Great customer service!

Got oil there they give u 10 dollars store credit for old car batteries so if u got any laying around take m there

After making my purchase I asked to use a funnel and was told by the red shirt employee that they didn't have one I could use but I could purchase one. This is pure laziness on his part. My wife was a commercial manager for autozone for years and they always have simple items like a funnel to lend. When we spoke to the manager about this he said "of course I have a funnel to lend". They need to either train the red shirt better or fire him for his laziness. We are lifelong autozone customers and it is disheartening to be treated this way.
