While generally easy to get what you need, sometimes there are too many staff offers for help in a short time. Wait times for service can be long, even with appointments. Prices can be inflated compared to other stores, though items are sometimes cheaper than at Walmart. The store is not as well stocked as before, but they will order items for home delivery. Overall, it is a valued local resource for tech needs.
