I have spent my evening dealing with Best Buy total care and Apple care .... Only thing the sales representatives in the store wants to do is sell phones and not honor the insurance that at the time of purchase was the best thing possible you could have.... I have brought a tocomputer system and 2 phones at the same time ... And with that purchase was advice of these plans but now the plan seems to be a joke...they only want to sell a phone ... Ridiculous

I’ve had good and bad experiences with this location, today was very unfortunate. As a Best Buy Plus rewards member I’d hoped a simple test and return of Air Pods could be done in store but after waiting over an hour they couldn’t verify they didn’t work. Spoke to two managers who couldn’t help along with a call to the 800# who also couldn’t assist without me going back in store. Called Apple and they said the warranty expires within a week so let us just send you a return box along with a new pair.I’m not sure Best Buy can continue being a valuable option for customers if the folks they are contracted to service for (Apple in this case) can help more than they can.

Being the only place with local reasonable distance that you can buy PC parts. I guess 5 stars for being the goat. I don't like the inflated prices compared to other places like say Microcenter but great people. Highlights on the Ivan guy that usually runs the back . He has helped me numerous times get the parts I need where seemingly everyone else just trys to get me to buy a whole new PC he helps me find parts to repair it. I don't want to offend him but he's the fella that I think is from Ukraine or at least has family from there. You all should promote him. He knows what PC enthusiasts want. Please do price matching best buy!

sent me the wrong item and won’t give me the product i ordered and expect me to put $1200 on a credit card. no number to the store directly and anytime you call you just get somebody foreign that sounds like they are chewing on the mic they’re speaking through. the absolute worst place i have ever felt with just a greedy corp to screw you over. pathetic.

easy to get what we wanted. got name brand $30 cheaper than no name Walmartnot as well stocked as before. but they will order what you need and have it shipped to your house

Best Buy was great with installing an aftermarket radio for me. It looked so good after the tech was done. Looks like it was the original radio.

I am a loyal customer of Best Buy because I have consistently had good service and good products. Recently the computer I bought from them went on sale for lower than I bought it and the honored the new price. They actually gave me the money back and not a store credit. Overall, I have had a very positive experience with their sales team showing me the products, but not pushing anything.

Great store, the employees seem nice. The one thing I found they could work on is help. We usually have to search the store for an emoyee to help us. Other than that definitely recommend ?

Not from WV but this was the place i bought my computer while i was in WV for a week and the staff was amazing(a little overwhelming at times) but also showed how much they care. They helped me find what i needed and explained everything for me. The guys and gal where extremally helpful and friendly. 10/10 would drive 16 hours to shop again.

One star only because no stars isn't an option. I don't know what system they use to track inventory or who maintains the system, but they should probably be fired. This is about the third time in about as many years that we have decided to make a big purchase at best buy, after doing some research best buy was the closest place (35 miles) that carried the item we were looking for. Checked their online inventory. It showed available. I called the store to confirm, because we have been burnt before and they confirmed inventory. We drove the 35 mile one way trip just to arrive at the store to be told they are out of stock. They were more than happy to up-sale me a more expensive item. Never again best buy, I will drive farther and wait longer to order from your competitors.
