While I appreciate your commitment to customer excellence, I must express my continued concern.The mishandling of my appointment and the lack of necessary parts for a critical repair not only caused inconvenience but also raised serious safety concerns.My car's condition, with a compromised windshield wiper and steering column, directly affects its drivability and my safety on the road.I urge you to move beyond striving for excellence to actually implementing that excellence by ensuring that such oversights are not repeated.It is crucial for customers to trust that their safety and time are valued.----------------Original Review:I recently had a disappointing experience at Dutch Miller Kia that left me wondering about their service quality.I planned ahead, in advance for a service quote, coordinating both with them and my insurance company.I managed to set an appointment and provided all necessary details, including the invoice number, expecting everything to be in order.However, when I arrived, it was a mess. They didn’t have the parts they were supposed to order for me, and to make matters worse, they had me down for a completely different service.This wasn’t just a minor oversight; it was a complete breakdown in communication and organization.To top it off, their solution was a mere 13% discount (which I appreciate but doesn’t resolve the problem) and another two-week wait for a rescheduled appointment.This experience was far from the high standards suggested by their online reviews. It’s frustrating and disappointing, especially when you try to do everything right on your end.This wouldn’t be quite so concerning if the nature of the issue wasn’t so serious.My car was vandalized and my windshield wipers and steering column are compromised, both things that need to be in working order for me to drive the vehicle safely.

I like these guys a lot. They are very helpful and put a lot of effort into getting me the vehicle I wanted even though we were not successful. I recommend them over any k if a deal in the Charleston and Becky areas.

I stopped in to price/buy this forte they had on lot, there was not any stickers to say any info for this car. A salesman came out I asked how much it was, off the top of his head he said $29,000, another salesman was trying to let him know it wasn’t that much that it didn’t have the packages the car beside it did. So he came down to $27,000. Then he said 26,000.. We showed him ones online that was $22,000-24,000. He said it was more because it was all wheel drive, I asked how he knew since there was no paper and he didn’t go in to see the info, he replied he was the Kia guy so he knew… He is not a very good Kia guy since he had no clue what he was talking about and online it’s states it’s a front wheel drive not all wheel drive.. We left without getting any real info on the car because he had no clue any info on car and wouldn’t go look it up.. I feel like they was just trying to see how much someone would pay for over priced.. He was very cocky and had no idea how to sell a car. I will not be back to this dealership, if they don’t know any info on the car that’s easily able to be pulled up, then how bad will they mess up the finance and paperwork.

This place is a joke it's OK for a salesman to sell you a used car and make a $9000 commission from it but they don't want to repair anything that goes wrong with it just excuses why kia wont cover that problem so if that's the case then Don't sale the junk to anyone ! I can't believe the miller's let these kind of things ride under their name ! So buy a real car Toyota same prices !Bottom line toyota will last a lot longer !

Went in just to look around yesterday and found the perfect car for me, thanks to Alex Cooper. Everyone was so nice and helpful to make sure my payments were affordable, and my warranty coverage was what I needed for my driving habits. They made the process easy for me and explained everything, so I didn't stress about anything. I love my car!

I was really wanting to keep all of our Service visits here with this Kia Dealership since moving back from PA, but there is no way.I called on the 11th to schedule an oil change, and Service Dept said earliest would be after the 29th. I said, just for an oil change, he said Yes.So No Thanks, I literally pass 4 oil change places just to get to Kia, who take you right in. Plus the Kia dealer in PA we always went to, was a busier location, but always got us in.18 days is just too long to wait…

Was told by john castle that my wife and I were the first in line for a new telluride. The truck would be in with it today aug 7th. Waited 2 weeks on this car. Calling every couple days for an update. Well called this morning and was told the car was already sold. Without any call or notification. So beware this guy is not a very honest man

My first time here was today, and after speaking with Jonathan Castle by phone a few times, I must say that I was impressed.Jon was friendly and knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions I had but was not overbearing or pushy.I test drove a KIA Telluride, and it was everything I had read about. It's no wonder it has received a 10/10 by Car & Driver the last 3 years in a row. I am pretty certain that this will be my next ride.The facility was clean and spacious. The staff were courteous and came to greet me. The selection was good, and going for a test drive was easy and hassle free.Ask for Jonathan Castle. He's a great salesman and is very respectful and easy to converse with. I recommend giving them a look.

I've purchased two vehicles through Dutch Miller Kia of Barboursville. Austen Henson was my sales associate and he did a wonderful job. He asked appropriate questions to get me into the right vehicle and didn't pressure me to make a sell. We are in love with our Telluride ? I highly recommend checking them out! Dutch Miller went above and beyond. When we took our car for servicing there was some damage done to the vehicle by a tech. The company gave us a loaner to use while they made repairs. They didn’t even charge us for the servicing we had requested which was a few hundred dollars. The best car dealership I have ever done business with.

UPDATE. Went to dealership and asked to charge. They were perfect. They showed me where the charger was. Its literally in the back on the wall of the dealership. Do not look for a really nice unit that you would find elsewhere.It's does the job. But really poorly located. It's mainly for the dealership to use.But they are friendly. And very happy to help.If you ever need to charge. Two things to remember. You have to verify using your phone app with chargepoint. Second thing is its only doing about 20 kwh. Very slow. This is not 350kwh fast charger.Two stars for the moment. I have a KIA EV6 GT Line and driving from Atlanta GA. Called the dealership about the DC fast charger and was at first told its not working. Then told that it does work, but only during business hours. And then she said, it wont be open until they have someone work on it. Which was confusing to me. So I asked, oh sorry Im confused, is it working or not. She said yes, but only during business hours until we can get someone to come work on it and repair it. So not sure what is not working on the DC fast charger, but was assured I could charge on it during business hours. Come on KIA fix this for these guys.

Sales Reps are friendly, helpful,and knowledgeable on the Kia product lines! Highly recommend CJ Blosser! Great for parts & accessories to customize one's ride and to ensure quality factory service.

I visited the service center for a recall on my Kia. It took a total of three visits to fully resolve the situation. The first time was despite telling me over the phone they had the parts for the recall, they actually didn't. The second time was because they only had things for one part of the recall, so they did that part, and the third visit was to finish the recall.Another time, I scheduled a transmission flush for my car. Surprise! They conveniently forgot to tell me that the equipment to do the flush was out of service. As a result, I had to get it done elsewhere.There exists a major lack of communication. This place earns two stars because they did eventually perform the recall service.

Salesman was very nice, but do they honestly think people can no longer do simple math?! Looked at a car with advertised price of around $41k. Had a trade in and paying down $8k. They raised the price of the car back to MSRP (around$44k)They come up with us financing around $50k! Do people really fall for this?
