I mostly bank at the branch in Huntington. I have read the reviews people have put on here and in the past 18 years that me and my husband have banked here, we have never incountered the issues these people have. The ladies here are gracious and kind. When I got hurt and we couldn't make a loan payment. They stepped in and put a program in place so we wouldn't lose our car. They have always put us first as a customer. If the debit card has spending issues , they call us immediately to confirm it was us before processing they have stopped several hackers from getting into our account. I wouldn't change this bank and if I was to get another one, I would still keep this one.

Phones are turned off on most days during work hours an are 100% off on Saturdays while open. If im busy in my day and have to contact the bank for issues while out shopping, it seems like thats a big inconvenience.

Every time you call the Huntington Branch with an issue the tellers, front desk, and people in the back Teressa are completely rude and unhelpful. They belittle you and make you feel bad for your financial situation. I’ve banked there 10 years and they treat me like garbage. I will be closing my account and would not recommend them to anyone. Terrible bank. Terrible employees. Terrible service.

I had stopped using this bank for many years but apparently a subscription service kept charging my account. While I understand that in itself is legitimate, the charges themselves never posted on my account yet the overdraft charges accrued for long periods of time up until just recently when they stole said money out of my parents account to cover these charges without our knowledge. They are extremely unorganized and an amazing example of why you should have to graduate high school to be able to work at a bank. When this bank eventually goes out of business, I will be there in the parking lot with popcorn and a lawn chair watching the thieves in charge walk out. I will point and laugh. When I get finished pointing and laughing I will point and laugh some more. I can’t decide if this is pure incompetence or a lame attempt at being a low tier criminal but I would think you’d have to be somewhat intelligent to be an actual criminal. So let’s stick with incompetent thugs.

sad my own local federal credit union wouldn't help me. I was ONE point from where I needed to be and was told I had to put 1000 down because I owed more than car was worth ok I had the grand. But nope they didnt want my white trash blue collar money, they only approve old rich white people with a credit score of 800
