She answered my questions but i think acciedently hung up on me

Was a customer for many years, no fees, and very friendly, personal banking. Switched banks after an incident with not receiving a new debit card when mine expired, even after multiple calls. Not bad, but a little behind when it comes to tech and online/mobile banking.

I'm not the worst customer, (I hope), and I KNOW I'm not the best, but regardless, First State has always stood by me and helped me through my (from time to time), stupidity moments. Never judging, always helping. 😀
