Was a customer for many years, no fees, and very friendly, personal banking. Switched banks after an incident with not receiving a new debit card when mine expired, even after multiple calls. Not bad, but a little behind when it comes to tech and online/mobile banking.

I'm not the worst customer, (I hope), and I KNOW I'm not the best, but regardless, First State has always stood by me and helped me through my (from time to time), stupidity moments. Never judging, always helping. 😀

Wouldn't even give it 1 star. They like to screw people out of the money the people work hard for. They also like to make you look like a fool when you go shopping & your card is declined. This place needs to be shut down
