“Typically Spurlocks has been amazing. However today at 9:30 am 1/27 I ordered cut flowers and was told they would be delivered to St. Mary's this afternoon. As of 4:22 flowers have not been delivered. I am very disappointed, especially since patient is critical and now not sure if he will survive until Monday or whenever they may decide to deliver. Give -1 for service promised thank you for responding. I apologize, never imagined that the hospital would be so indifferent to their patients.”
