My brother bought a polo shirt for my son in Macy on July 10 at huttington mall. When we arrive here in Canada today , I found out the security tag still there, I tried to remove it but unfortunately It just damaged the clothing. Very inconvenience on our part.

On the Macy's website the Michael Kors Kensington purse I purchased in person at this location is cited 30-40 bucks cheaper. I was overcharged. paid 400.00 in person when I could have gotten it for 358.00 on the company website and even 200.00 less elsewhere online in a different color.

Store is not kid friendly. Especially not for special needs children. They do not offer buggies. Guess they don’t want you to bring your children into the store or buy more than you can carry. Was told i should go rent a wheelchair if my child needed something to ride in. I never dreamed an anchor store in a mall would be so rude.
