Does not really do a good jobs. Bugs on front, wheels left with dirt, tailgate looks like wasn't even touched. It was much better as the tunnel. Sweeps are excellent however

Love this place!! Does a great job on my Rav4. The Detail Center is great, because I don't have to buy anything extra to keep my car clean inside and out. At the time that I go, Brian is usually working, who is always friendly and very helpful. In fact, all the people working there have been great.

My go to when cleaning my vehicles. I have the subscription service for my work car. Staff is always helpful and attentive. The only fault I have with the car wash is that I wish to have my car wash receipt emailed. Even though the staff has tried and tried to get this feature to work, they haven’t got it to work as of date. But the staff is always kind and courteous to get me a printed receipt when I’m there. Thanks Gabby and Barbara for helping today and in the past.

First time using Take 5 car wash. Ashley is an absolute delight. Smiles the whole time while running around taking care of customers. Also saw her carry out other duties she needed to perform as it was nearing closing time. Hard to find those employees these days.

I canceled my package in August before the due date. I was still charged for sugust, September and October. I have tried multiple times to get them to stop charging me and refund my money. The location can only cancel and not give refund. They give u a card and till you to contact the num. It only gives two option. Still unable to speak to a person about refunding my money and charging my account.

Do not use. They are charging my card multiple times a month for same car and doing it for multiple cars. Total FRAUD..... DO NOT USE THEM. you can't get help or resolution with issues.

Customer beware!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Aug 19,2023, I purchased a membership for my new vehicle. I was nervous about it but saw that they had good reviews so I gave it a try. That day, the was was great. The detail station is a very nice bonus. On Wed. Aug 23, 2023, I was close by so in I thought why not knock the dust off. That day, when I got out to dry my vehicle, I noticed a white spot on my windshield so I stood in the door frame to dry it and buff off whatever was left on the windshield. To my surprise, It was a deep gouge in the glass . After looking closely, I noticed deep scratches in the paint and trim from the windshield going back to the sunroof and beyond. My heart sank. This was an 85k two week old vehicle that I had waited on for a long time. I immediately went inside and canceled my membership. The attendant inside, Gabby, didn't even ask why, she just canceled it. I went back outside to finish drying my vehicle an to take off the membership sticker. After thinking about it, I walked in to tell her why I was canceling. She asked where on my vehicle it was damaged and after I told her the location of the damage, she argued with me that there was no way the carwash had damaged my car without even offering to go look at it. She proceeded to say that the roller on the top had been out of order for over a month and was I sure I didn't go to another location. At this point I am frustrated and asked if she was accusing me of lying? I tell her I had been sick all weekend and my vehicle had remained parked in the garage from Sat. when I purchased the membership, until today when I had some errands to run and I felt she needed to check the brushes to make sure no one else received damage to her car. I got on here to give a bad review but saw that another lady had complained of damage and the car wash told her to call or email and they would make it right. So I did both. I called and left a detailed message and emailed a detailed message with pictures of the damage. After a couple of weeks, I received a text message saying to return to the car wash and fill out a incident report. I went back to their location on Sept. 11, 2023 and asked to fill out a report. The lady on shift this day, I believe her name was Courtney, actually walked out and looked at my vehicle and agreed that the scratches were very evident. She asked me to text her the pictures so that she could give them to her boss. Today, I finally receive a letter from Fleet Response representing the car wash saying that they have no evidence that the car wash caused the damage to my car. This is very disappointing ! I have worked hard all my life and this is the first really expensive vehicle I have ever owned. I take very good care of it and Take 5 didn't keep their word about making it right. I will make sure to tell anyone thinking of taking their car to this location to beware!!

Nice, convenient location! The aesthetics and landscaping is well maintained! Lots of various subscription packages to choose from. The only downside is the recent mobile ? app upgrades that makes it difficult for mobile app users to bypass the RFID tag at the gate.Not easy to integrate mobile app with local store systems.

I have had excellent results at theBarboursville, WV Take 5 Car Wash.. My truck has been through that wash 50 times or more and looks beautiful. No swirl marks or scratches ... Finally an automated wash that does what we all wish for. The employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I have nren particularly impressed with Barbara and Ashley.

Automatic car wash. Polishing rags are available and a powerful vacuum. Very helpful employee named Barbara. Nice to be able to drive through and get good service and have the towels and vacuum available.

Definitely a nice place and you get free Vaccum after the car wash plus free wipe rags and spray to make you vehicle look sharp. So your not just paying for the wash but also all amenities that you get to use after the wash.

My experience here was really nice! The car wash is set up to be user friendly, and the staff member, Ashley was genuinely friendly and very professional. She even came over to ask how I liked the car wash and gave me an air freshener. Customer service is very important to me. Great job!
