Ordered a bed from this location. It was a cal king. Got our bed and immediately didn't like it. They would not replace it nor allow us to return it. This was not made clear during the sell. Called the customer service department and they were extremely helpful. We are currently resolving the issue and I am very pleased with the way the situation is resolving
