They went above and beyond to help me find options, like finding the Prada customer service number and universal perfume tops. They also helped me find the Burberry fragrance my daughter was looking for, I purchased one for her and one for me! I’ll find my way back soon enough.”

“The best selection of fan based merchandise around. From Hello Kitty to Godsmack...they have a tee shirt for it...and a pin...and a toboggan. I've also seen, recently, they are carrying a lot of "vintage" band tees like Zeppelin and Fleetwood Mac, just to name a few. The store also offers free ship to store for items that are out of stock, allowing customers to save in shipping costs.”

“This place is like a Modernized Hot Topic. Which an employee told me that Hot Topic is a sister company. The merchandise I found on my visit was astonishing, like I found a One Piece bounties T-Shirt! They have sections for their Funkos, baby clothes, throws, anime merch, etc. It was very clean and spacious. The employees were friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this store and I will be back.”

“My only complaint is that they don't have enough things to choose from likely because of the demographic in my area but I absolutely love this store it tends to be clean and you can't walk through without somebody asking you if you need assistance I really enjoy that I also enjoy the great smells within this atmosphere I just wish that the clothing was more abundant from the moment you walk in and you're greeted by people and then you're followed by them too I don't know if it's because they think you're shot lifting or if they're really trying to give you a good experience I did however bring a friend that was a minority I was scared that they were gonna try to get him arrested because they just kept following us but I guess that's the way of the world so if the world so Howell it's West Virginia”

“OMG. So I go in here looking for these shoes my husband wants. Why he needs basketball shoes when the only dunking he does involves cookies and donuts or nuggets, I'll never know. But anyhow... I'm in here with our son and my husband. I get too close to the shoes on the display shelves, and my Blanche Devereaux purse (or big butt who knows) knocks like 10 shoes off the shelf. Which was embarrassing. But the wonderful young man working was so nice about it. He was so polite and even offered to pick all the shoes up, telling me not to worry about it. Of course no decent grown adult goes around making messes for others to clean up, so I picked everything up and kept apologizing. He just kept reassuring me it was all okay and no big deal. He even thanked me for cleaning up my mess. He thanked me. He was so polite and kind. He was patient and friendly. This guy was a rock star and deserves a raise.”

“Good place to find pre-owned clothing and items. Prices are usually fair and on the mark. The staff is not overly friendly, but I don't go there to engage with staff. I go there to find good clothing deals. (For guys, the selection is okay but much smaller than the women's selection. But, that is to be expected.”
