Friendly staff that have always been receptive to my needs. I have had my hearing aids with them for several years without issues.

To many visits for repairs needed, turnaround time for receiving new parts takes to long (several weeks). No Charleston location, need to drive 50 miles for appointment which takes a week or more to get in.

I couldn't ask for better service there. I am very impressed. Matt Hesson is great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone with a hearing problem.
