“I always have a good experience at this store. The staff are kind. We recently brought our puppy in for a bath and to get his nails filed down. I wish I knew the girl’s name. When she brought him back to me, he was cuddling up with her. You could tell her loved her and that she had been good to him.”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would. Not only is it a great pet friendly store with lots of great food, treat, and toy options, not only do they have a fresh bakery of adorable pet-friendly goodies, but the employees here are wonderful. I stopped there today, desperate, as the AC in my car stopped working and I was driving my cat home from getting her vaccines. She was getting dangerously overheated and this store was the only place I could think of that I could take her inside. The employees there rushed to get her a bowl of cold water and were so nice to both of us. They offered to watch her while I went outside to get my purse that I left in my car with the windows down. I bought a couple toys for my cat as an apology to her and a gesture of gratitude to the lovely people who work there and who were so accommodating and helpful. Great job, guys, thank you! Above and beyond.”
