This is apparently a self service shoe store. The selection is random and sizes are all over the place, but the discount price is worth the wait to find the right shoe

Very bad experience. Wanted to return a pair of shoes because they were to small and tight and I contacted customer service and they told me I couldn’t mail them back even though I ordered them online that I would have to go to the nearest store and return them in person !! What !?

I went to return a pair of shoes I received for Christmas that had never been worn. They were so rude and told me they smelled like they had been washed and refused the return. The receipt was less than a week old. I took them to another location and returned them with no problem. It was a terrible experience being accused of something I didn't do.

Sometimes you can find good prices and shoes you like. Location is in the plaza with Dollar Tree, Five Below, Target, the pet store, Office Depot, Home Depot and Marshalls which is right off interstate 64 at Merritt's creek exit. There is other places across from this plaza in another plaza like Starbucks I think and I Charley's I think.

Hey, If you haven't yet. You should check out the Shoe department in Barboursville. They have wonder deals. Plus, not only that! I needed to exchange 2 pair of shoes for my child and it was so easy. I basically walked in and right back out for just the exchange. Not to mention I had to brows for Christmas again. Lol
