Manager Tracy knowingly lied to me by telling me it is illegal to port a number prior to paying off a phone, when it is actually illegal for a carrier not to port a number when requested. I visited the store for the sole purpose of paying off the phones on my account and not only would she not take my payment, she was very rude and abrupt and not at all helpful. I had been having second thoughts about transferring from as I am a 20+ year customer of Verizon, switching only to have better internet provision but she gave me no incentive to remain with Verizon, instead giving me the impression that Verizon did not want my business. The very minute I mentioned I had switched to T-Mobile, she insulted both me and T- Mobile, displaying no interest whatsoever in trying to address my reasons for transferring nor my ongoing issue with my phone not having fully disconnected from Verizon service despite the number having been ported. If this is what management is like with Victra Verizon, steer clear. I used to be able to go into this store and get outstanding service, but apparently the staff who provided that service no longer work there and Verizon has chosen an individual who needs more training in tact and appropriate response to customer service issues.

I came into the store needing help with several issues. I was greeted by Anna who immediately jumped in and started helping. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about our service and the different devices on the plan. Walked away completely satisfied and confident in the information she provided. She’s the kind of person you want to represent your brand!

We had a fantastic experience. The gentleman helping us went above and beyond! Was professional but also warm and welcoming. He made us appreciate being Verizon customers. The guy needs a raise.

Whos ever designing these Verizon stores needs fired. Ive seen Goodwills with better layouts. Also staff here and just about any Verizon are useless. They can sale you the upcharged merch but cant help you with literally anything. All issues are answered call *611! They might as well close all stores and do online. Every staff member besides a lady named Pricilla has not been any help. I never! Ever! Will recommened Verizon.

Do not do business with them. Poor business practices. Upcharges for setup (activating the phone you just purchased $20)and any restocking ($35) due to poor device. Does not give paper receipts for itemization of charges. Do not purchase any products in the store. Pricing for car charger $35; phone case $45 and glass protector $55 and you will be upsold immediately.
