“Black Friday shopped, They had some great deals all over the store but the time spent in line is crazy. Stores know what's happening on black Friday, they should be fully staffed. There should be baggers to assist the cashier's and some people on the floor to assist shoppers. I was extremely happy with my purchases, I just think almost an hour in line is too long.”

“My only complaint is that they don't have enough things to choose from likely because of the demographic in my area but I absolutely love this store it tends to be clean and you can't walk through without somebody asking you if you need assistance I really enjoy that I also enjoy the great smells within this atmosphere I just wish that the clothing was more abundant from the moment you walk in and you're greeted by people and then you're followed by them too I don't know if it's because they think you're shot lifting or if they're really trying to give you a good experience I did however bring a friend that was a minority I was scared that they were gonna try to get him arrested because they just kept following us but I guess that's the way of the world so if the world so Howell it's West Virginia”

“The best selection of fan based merchandise around. From Hello Kitty to Godsmack...they have a tee shirt for it...and a pin...and a toboggan. I've also seen, recently, they are carrying a lot of "vintage" band tees like Zeppelin and Fleetwood Mac, just to name a few. The store also offers free ship to store for items that are out of stock, allowing customers to save in shipping costs.”

“Huge thanks to Whitney for taking over and helping this exhausted momma out!! She pieced together about 7 adorable outfits for her along with shoes. She laid them out in the fitting room for her. She was amazing! What Whitney didn’t know was that I have limited mobility. Shopping is extremely tough for me and I usually end up frustrated and we usually end the day with an argument and one outfit! The was actually a fun memorable shopping experience. “This place is like a Modernized Hot Topic. Which an employee told me that Hot Topic is a sister company. The merchandise I found on my visit was astonishing, like I found a One Piece bounties T-Shirt! They have sections for their Funkos, baby clothes, throws, anime merch, etc. It was very clean and spacious. The employees were friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this store and I will be back.”

“It's been several years since I last shopped at a Buckle store. My first experience was quite different than anywhere I'd ever shopped before - a young man helped me figure out what size and style was most flattering to me and I walked out feeling on top of the world and quite catered to. My experience was well worth the money I spent.Life happened, and I haven't been able to shop at Buckle again until recently, so perhaps service has undergone some changes. The store was beautiful and I was excited to find some jeans that would make me feel again like I was on top of the world. But the personal touch was missing. There was no expert sales associate to help me figure out my size or ideal style. The associates were friendly and available to let me into fitting rooms and try on shoes, but that was about the extent of it. I was still able to find some jeans and also some shirts and a new pair of boots!! But I did miss the feeling of being catered to.”
