I have gone to Dan‘s nails several times. Today was horrible! The person who did my nails, I think I was their first customer that they had ever done. Did not act like they had a clue of what they were doing. Very disappointed, paint all over my cuticles, cuticles Not trimmed down the way they should be. Overall, really bad, not like it normally is.

I’ve been to this shop multiple times, and never have I been served the way I did today. I just recently got my nails done for prom, (the first picture is what I wanted and clearly did not get in return..) and I have always trusted Don’s. The manicure was good, he cut and shaped my cuticles, and apologized any time he accidentally hit me with the file or flinging nails. Customer service was not bad, but the design, shaping, and sloppiness clearly overpowered any of that. Not to mention, I paid $135!!!!
In the pictures you can clearly tell my thumb nail is about a centimeter LONGER than the REST of my hand!! Not only this, but after i told him my nails were crooked he just said, “No, it’s straight!” Like okay.. sure. I have always been a very polite person whom doesn’t talk back, but I will never return here!!! Not only that, but instead of letting my nails cured the FULL 60 seconds, he asked me to remove my hand from the curer, and clearly on my thumb you can see where the polish bled!! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND..!

This is a wonderful place to get your nails done. I have been going to Don and Nancy for about seven years now. They’re not just where I go to get my nails done. They’re my friends!!! They do amazing work and always get me in with an appointment in a timely manner. They really try their best at taking care of their customers. Tina does amazing with pedicures also!!!!Best place to go around this area!!!!

I asked for a french mani with glitter on just my ring fingers, but he made the whole set a glitter french mani. It looked fine, but I felt like he wasn't paying attention to what I asked. He worked fast, and it wasn't painful at all when he stripped off the old mani. Very friendly and affordable. I did notice the gel edges against my cuticles were a little sloppy and chipped off a few days later.

Don and Thu are the best! I had some trouble with my polish not wanting to stick for some crazy reason. All I had to do is give them a call and it was fixed. Thu has also done my eyebrows and she does an amazing job. Love them and their staff!
