I wish I had asked the name of the lady who answered the phone today 4/14/26 at the Ritter location in Beaver WV because I want to thank her for her great customer service. Also for the driver who assisted me today with my packages. Thank you for your great customer service. You guys are awesome!!!

The slowest delivery ever and my package had been stepped all over. Although I can't say for sure it was this FedEx it took almost a week and 3 different drivers to get my package. It would have been a lot better if I would have been able to pick my package up from them
