The Beckley Fed Ex Ground Hub is a joke at best. I wish Goggle had zero or negative stars because this place doesn’t even deserve one star. I’m not sure what’s happened at this location but it wasn’t like this a year or two ago. You would think after the local news ran articles regarding the poor service at this location that something would change but it has only got worse. It’s time we all reach out to the WV Attorney General’s Office and file a complaint.

My order was late it was supposed to be delivered yesterday by 8pm didn't get a text till 15 till 8pm saying it was going to be late then i received a text at 11+ today saying it was delivered to my house and the picture is not even my house, FedEx ground needs to check the right address before scanning and just randomly leaving it elsewhere, totally unacceptable 😤

FedEx in this area was the worst I have seen but they must have made changes and are now doing very good. I have not had any problems with deliveries.

The absolute worst shipping experience of my life these are the most unhelpful people on the face of the earth. If your package is stuck here you can do 2 things. Fight with the people over seas that cant even get a hold of this fedex location and then consider your package just gone forever or you can immediately consider your package gone forever.

They literally delivered my package to the wrong address and took a picture of it in front of someone else’s house still waiting for them to make it right, spent a lot of my hard earned money for the to give someone else my package this place needs to be shut down

3/4 of my recent packages got delivered elsewhere, and not even the same elsewhere, 3 totally different places. FedEx has been completely unhelpful. Thalia who may or may not work at this location is basically an automated bot who doesn't help for anything and just repeatedly reads the same script back at you no matter how irrelevant it is to what you're saying. When asked to update my delivery preferences (which isn't working online) Talia robotically asked me for a tracking number, repeatedly. FedEx and the shipper just pass responsibility back and forth between each other so I'm literally just out money. I'm pretty sure they're mixing up tracking numbers too. I really don't understand how they are this bad at delivering packages when that's literally their whole business. Tell me if you think these houses are the same because FedEx seems to think they are.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Drivers very rude. Literally delivers a package to my home this week then says they can't find my place the next. Worst company ever

If I could give zero stars I would…the FedEx Ground out of Beaver, WV is HORRENDOUS!! I have had MULTIPLE packages show as out for delivery then it will go back to Beaver, this will happen multiple days and they will say something like they were unable to locate the residence even though they were just here the day before and I work from home so I look out the window at the road all day and they never even come down the road…I know exactly why they do this, they simply do not want to come up to where I live and deliver the packages. I called Customer Service for FedEx today and filed a complaint against whoever the driver is and will do so every time I have a delayed package going forward and if it continues I will find every person who has had the same experience and file a class action lawsuit against FedEx.

Hands down THE ABSOLUTE WORST shipping service I've encountered in my life. Package will be out for delivery in the morning and then some time around noon it will be delayed to the following business day for no reason. Once that happens you'll be lucky to see it by the following week. Then they will falsely claim they attempted delivery numerous times in order to cover up for themselves. I'm not sure who is running this place but they need replaced immediately. Apparently they don't have the slightest idea how to run a shipping business. Do yourselves a favor and don't do business with businesses that ship with FedEx.

Would rate zero if I could. Horrible service, lost packages with zero communication. Will NEVER order through a company who uses FedFex. UPS is the way to go!

Above and beyond. I went to their facility in Beaver to pick up an important package. The snow has been dumping, and the roads icy, so of course I didn't get the package on the expected day through no fault of anyone - I decided to try and get it myself. I had to use the call box and speak to a staff member who very kindly looked up my package, had me park next to their employee only gate, and she then located the box on their dock and brought it to me. Thank you so much, Fed Ex!
