The store was neat, clean and well organized. The bathroom was just the opposite. Several of the store employees greeted me and were genuinely pleasant, friendly and offered help. Even though this is a large chain store, it maintains the feel of a nice small community grocery store.

This place is ridiculous and the staff that works here are stupid and can't do their jobs correctly or just plain rude. Do yourself a favor and just drive 10 minutes into Beckley and go to another Kroger's or food Lion. If you want to be treated with respect.

This store is way too small for the amount of people that shop here and you have to traverse a literal maze to get to the aisles. I feel cramped and rushed when I am shopping because I am either in someone's way. Or someone is in my way. The best part about this store is the new carts, no beckley city tax, and the people that work there are nicer than most other stores.

This a good store and offers a fair variety of items as compared to others in this chain.A smaller building than many others in this company, it is clean , well run and organized .The price point is comparable to other chain grocery stores and Service here gets the highest marks ,the staff is very helpful and friendly.
All grocery stores work on a much smaller Mark ups than other types of retail establishments.This Beaver location is a gem in this small community .

I don't shop anywhere else!! I love this Kroger..it is always clean, organized and stocked! The employees and managers are very kind and helpful! The digital and paper coupons are awesome! Plus they always have great sales! The ease of using the app to make an online order is beyond any other online shopping experience..when shopping for your items it will show if there's any coupons or deals available for the item and it's fast and easy when you pick it up. The employee will ask if you've got paper coupons to use and they have all been really kind!

Worst Kroger in Raleigh county they never have enough stock in Kroger brand pop yet the other ones on Harper Rd and in beckley crossing can keep it in stock and plenty of it I go to Kroger daily and they never have any just the name brand and it to much to pay for when your on a limit income trying to feed a family I think they need new management to order stuff properly

Treat their workers horribly. Lanes are barely ever open, today I went in and as expected before a storm it was packed however a customer got irate and my and my husband asked him to stop cussing in front of children, said it wasn’t that serious, told him to step outside and take a breather then come back in. Dude was screaming for a manager, none was coming. Cashier tried telling him they called for manager but none would come out the back. A lady finally come up and told us to leave the store, not the man screaming and cussing and hitting the counter (make it make sense)

The absolute dirtiest unstocked Krogers I have ever shopped in. They claim to have 3 managers yet when I ask to talk to one no one can be found. It’s 1 week before thanksgiving and there is nothing on the shelves. All sale items are either expired or no in front of the correct items. When I asked for help behind the customer service counter the girl says “I’m just working the Lottery, you will just have to search the Kroger app. When I asked for the manager she rolled her eyes and said you’ll just have to look around the store, she’s here somewhere. Unfortunately I live in a very rural area but I will definitely make the drive out of town before I spend my hard earned money here.
