I was RVing on vacation and ran into an issue with my hitch. I had the replacement part with me but didn’t have access to my heavy tools. I work in the trailer/RV industry, so I know my way around repairs, but I just needed a quick hand.
I stopped by Tri County Trailers, and without hesitation, they stepped in and got me all fixed up. They offered a great rate, got the job done quickly, and had me safely back on the road in no time.
I’ve been around a lot of RV/trailer shops, and I could tell right away these folks are pros—on task, efficient, and doing solid, quality work. I’ll definitely be recommending to my customers from the area. Thanks again, guys! I hope to send some business your way from Western NC!

Jeremy and team were great to work with. They were a little cheaper than some other places I checked with. They did a phenomenal job installing a flatbed on my new F-450. I would highly recommend!

We are full time rv-ers and as were passing through Beckley a bracket on our suspension system snapped. We called Tri County and they were able to get us right in. Ben was very thorough and did a great job at getting us fixed up and back on the road. Highly recommend.

Best customer service I have ever had. Thank you Jeremy Quillen. I had a battery issue and a damaged tarp. Called and explained my problem, parts were ordered and instead of having me bring the trailer back to their location the repair technician came to my driveway after business hours and replaced the battery, fixed a dumping issue and replaced the tarp.wish I could give more than 5 stars ? ? ? ? ?.
