Lady was very rude acted like I should be thankful to be in her presence. Had to pay 4 dollars for 2 pieces of tape. Would recommend her on seeking a job outside of customer service. Wouldn't be back at this location.

If My package is late, I follow up with tracking. Many, many, many times it is delayed in Beaver, WV post office. If you're not going to do it right, don't do it at all. Close the Beaver, WV post office for inefficiency, chronically late, poor work ethics.

Lady working there from Florida has a terrible attitude. I won't be back to this location. She messed up my tracking number. And was rude about it.
