I was told $65 to get my keys out and then my card was charged $103. It’s a rip off of a place they’re not nice or friendly and was not able to help me @ at all I recommend having your keys taken out by ANYONE ELSE. I’d give 0 stars but it requires at least 1

Had a flat on the WV turnpike pretty late at night. Tim got to me much sooner than expected. He was very friendly and got my spare tire on in no time. Would absolutely recommend 2 Guys services to anyone.

Had and appointment for my car to get looked at since it was under warranty, and the day I went to bring it in it wouldn’t start. This happened @1240 and my appointment was @1. Tim Evans was able to come out within 15 minutes and get me there just a few minutes after my appointment, and they still let me get in for the evening. I wouldn’t have gotten my car into the shop, more way than one, without Tim and the company he works for. Thank u all

My truck broke down on our way home to Ohio from North Carolina. Roadside assistance sent out 2 Guys Towing even though they were over an hour away from us. I'm glad they did. William got us loaded up and dropped us off at a nice hotel and then delivered my truck to the service center picked by our Roadside assistance. Definitely made a difficult day night a lot easier.

Our road side service gave our call over to 2 Guys Towing and they were the best. Apparently it was a busy day but they kept us informed of where they were once they were heading our way. They even took us and all our luggage to a hotel once we realized that we would be stuck due to the breakdown, they put us where we could walk to restaurants and a rental car service. Super nice and helpful!!!

William came fast and helped me a lot I got stuck on the side of the road because my alternator went bad and he gave me a tow I’m verry greatfull for william

On October 6th we were traveling I-77 and experienced a tire blow out near Harper Rd in Beckley WV. Our car company contacted 2Guys Towing and William came to our rescue. We were heading to South Carolina on a vacation and our car was packed. William arrived and changed our tire. He and his manager, Chris told us where we could get a new one in the morning. He made a bad experience better.

I was in a single vehicle accident in the early morning hours. The driver knew exactly how to find my location (when the internet couldn’t even find me). Josh made a “less than desirable” situation a whole lot better. He was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for better help in a bad situation. Thanks, Josh! I wish i could give you 7 stars!
