Not great to deal with. Won't honor price you get online, patty is very unfriendly and rude, she changed our payment dates and took payment off wife's card from a different account all without our permission. Contacted better business bureau and they wouldn't even answer their calls or emails . Tried contacting corporate several times, they always act concerned and say someone will get back to me and I never hear from them. We're currently in the process of paying cash for new furniture from other companies and getting rid of everything we have from aarons. All thanks to patty. She needs to be fired!

I called today and spoke to a very pleasant gentleman. His name was Tim, and let me just tell you, he went above and beyond to get me everything that I needed for my home and in a timely manor. He gave me all the different offers and worked with me through all of my questions to get me exactly what I wanted and needed for my children and myself, especially with the situation I was going through. He was very patient, kind and even worked late to make sure everything was ordered and delivery was set up at a time that worked for me. He definitely went above and beyond and showed what true customer service is. Highly recommend Aaron's in Beckley, WV and ask for Tim, he will get you want you need and what works best for you.

beyond great store employees were very nice and helpful. tim was great with helping find exactly what I needed and chris was an amazing help he loaded everything up for us. this store has definitely changed from what it use to be

As my daughter & I visited the store in Beckley WV today, my daughter didn’t see her likes on the floor. However, Timothy went beyond his call of duty and helped her out with the fullest extent possible and she was able to make a good decision on her (at my expense ?) choice of bedroom furniture. After the setup and the particulars, she’s even more happier and comfortable! I highly recommend Timothy @ Aaron’s in Beckley for any choices (if it’s not in the store he’ll help you find it) y’all may want or need for your home furnishings. Thank you Timothy for your services and everything; you’re AWESOME !!!!
