I had a tire blow out on a major highway. I called this company for assistance and was pleased that they responded within the time frame given to me. The driver was very pleasant and kind. I appreciate the understanding and consideration that I was given. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They take too long to get a tow truck. Have had to deal with them twice through my insurance, both times I had to call a different towing service to come. Vey disrespectful attitudes toward their customers

They towed my car and I paid them they have called me three times saying that my card isn't working and they haven't been paid. Everytime I prove to them that it has been paid. They say it's a mistake I don't see how you could mistake of trying to charge someone double three times. They are not honest at all and was very disrespectful to me and cussed when I proved to them I've paid.

My daughter wrecked her car on rt 3 and they came and got both cars that where involved in the wreck. The guys wife drove the roll back and I helped him in loading the cars. He tore the front bumper up on my daughters car putting the lift under the front. They charged my insurance over $1000.00!!!! They charged $150.00 for a helper, charged a gate fee,( don't understand that) NO WAY WILL I EVER LET THEM TOW ANOTHER CAR!!!!

This place is awful. They lie and do not respect their customers or their property. They dropped my car over the side of a hill where it slammed into a tree!

If you have the misfortune to have your car towed here: don't stay! Pay the money to get towed to a different shop. We broke down twice as a direct result of work done at this place. Our alternator quit during a cross-country trip, and Appalachia towed us to their shop. They were speedy with the repair, but 2 hours down the road we broke down again with the same bad-alternator-like symptoms. We limped off the highway to a Checkers auto store, where we found out that the battery was dead. Apparently, the Appalachia mechanic had not tested it, even though it's the typical cause of an alternator failure. After getting a new battery we made it exactly 37 miles before breaking down a third time: the alternator belt had snapped. The mechanic we saw for that problem said that the Appalachia mechanic had tightened the belt so much that he had bent the tensioner bolt. So, yeah. Wonderful front office woman, friendly guard dog, lousy service.
