Anytime I’ve ever had an issue with my vehicles. I take it here before your local manufacturer dealership garage unless they reckon otherwise.These guys are top-notch. They know what they’re doing and know my vehicle very well and are a very understanding business whenever it comes to financial situations. If there was more stars to give I’d give it 10. Also, I would expect for the prices to be more than what I’ve had to pay so with that being said, I think these guys are underpaid.

Took my work truck to them. They gave me a fair price got it right in. I called a day later to have them fix a few other things. They took care of it. I'll definitely use them again and I highly recommend them also

Although I don't think it's called Bailey's anymore, the new shop and guys there were fantastic. On my cannonball trip to Traverse City, Michigan from Raleigh and back, broke down right outside of Beckley, WV pulling a 5th wheel RV. Good luck was on my side and I found these guys via Google. After a little convincing, because they were very busy, they fit me right away knowing my situation. Were even able to accommodate me with my 5th wheel RV. Outstanding group of mechanics and good folks there. Can't say enough on how much they helped me, forever grateful. Thanks again!

Worst business ever! My sister in law brought her vehicle here because it was over heating, they said they put a new water pump on. There was no new water pump installed, it was still the same old tarnished pump that was on it, the bolts holding it on were greasy and dirty and had never had a wrench or socket on them
They are the worst!

My entire family has brought their cars here since I was a child. recently had the worse interaction that I've had at any business. very unprofessional. was told to order a part for my car that they couldn't tell me the name of. ordered the part and was charged to install thew part, which did not fix the issue. was not called when car was ready to inform me that it was not fixed. when asking a question about pricing Justin at the counter talked down to me and poorly about my family cursing me out about a pricing question. Instantly was upset when asking about this. directly from Justin's mouth "my family is a problem." would not take my car here.

Travelling from Kitchener Ontario, this weekend broke down in Beckley, with a defective thermostat, the owner was able to get us into shop& back on the road the same day. Very efficient & very reasonable pricing. We are now in Florida & very thankful for all the help from the staff !!

Despite being backed through December, they managed to fit me in when my alternator finally gave out. They also informed me I was sold the wrong alternator and that one of my tires was about to blow-which it did about 38 minutes laterAnd yes, this is Blevin's.
