“I had the best experience at this store. Our alternator seized while we were driving home to Wisconsin. Stuck in Beckley on a Sunday afternoon, there was no chance we were going to get into a shop before Monday. Wayne and Mitchell loaned me some shop tools so I could change the alternator in the parking lot. They were so kind and helpful. When I thanked them, Mitchell simply said that helping others is the right thing to do and the world would be a better place if more people helped others.
