FYI they don't do put insulation in pole barns but the lady was nice on phone. She said they didn't change their name of company.

Horrid customer service. Waited three weeks to get in there to buy a door. Door guy left early that day, even though I say I would be there. Do not recomend.

I purchased $5,590 in windows for my 1940's house, Eddy took our window order and it took them over 5 months to deliver,during that 5 months I would call or go into the store for a delivery update, and all I would get is Im sorry you're not the only one. He never called me with an update when he said he would, Absolutely poor communication. This company by the way Doesn't do a Military Discount so if your a disabled Veteran Like I'am save yourself time ,money and aggravation and find another company. When the windows arrived, one was broken, probably done by the poorly skilled employees they have working for them. One employee told my wife and I they would have a replacement window in one week, It took them over 5 months how were they going to get it in one week, well they didn't, now the broken window they put in, but did not tape it to avoid any further glass falling out or worse cutting a member of the household. I went to the store and had a meeting with Eddy, by the way, Eddy is the owner, I told him this was a big inconvenience to us and would like him to adjust his price and he started to laugh at me, He said he has been in business for 47 years and no one has ever asked him to adjust a price. He went up to the main desk and told all the other employees that I was mad at him for not adjusting the bill.The window has been replaced this past Tuesday 3 Weeks after the broken window was put in. Folks, let's face it if your all about customer service over product like I Am Please take your money elsewhere, give it to another business more deserving of your hard earned money Eddy and the crew are a disgrace to the beckley community and the strong heritage that we all know is out there. Bottom Line, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone to include any third world country, they are just that terrible
