The floor can be rearranged to have all products to the left (wall mounted shelves) and the wait chairs on the right. A 100 watt white color spot lights. Vitamin supplies go near the paydesk. Carry more selection of protein powders.

The pharmacist is very rude and unhelpful it seems like a very odd atmosphere I will not go there again and definitely won't and don't recommend this place!

Amazing staff. Super understanding and knowledgeable. I have had the hardest times with pharmacies and this one is a dream come true. They fill your prescription on the spot. Jess is always super sweet.

The best Pharmacy in Beckley!!! Always fast and very friendly staff!! Mark the owner is Great and knows you not only on a professional level but also a personal level!! I suggest if you go to any other pharmacy to switch to Black Bear they are fabulous!!!

If you want a pharmacy and staff that really cares about not only you but your whole family, come here. Mark, Jen, and the rest of the staff are really the best. They always take care of us. They make sure we have what we need and the information we need. They are fast and efficient. The whole staff is super sweet. They always ask about the kids and how everything is going. They feel like an extension of our family! I literally cannot say enough how much these lovely people mean to us.

The main pharmacy tech covered my 2 first prescription cost without me asking him or anything? During the first time having my meds filled there. Just a public announcement too !! They just don't usually have the film and only the pill/tablet form of Suboxone in stock majority of the time. Might want to ask before having your meds sent to be filled there.
