Me and my wife went to boost mobile in February 2022 we got new phones well my wife got the iPhone 8 well they charged her $400 dollars for this said phone it didn’t even work not Mention It was a refurnished phone well when people would call her no one could hear her talk or anything unless it was on speakerphone we took the phone back 4 days after we got it they wouldn’t do anything to help not even give money back or even give her a another phone they just told us to use alcohol and Q tip to clean the speakers didn’t even work worst place worst service Especially random black outs so we switched companies not one problem since we switched

Literally spent 2 hours waiting only to be told they only have 2 types of cheapo phones in. They also allow maskless people to roam freely around, despite the mask order on the door. I have never been so aggravated as I was today. Why not tell someone that you only have 2 phones in stock when they come in instead of making them wait 2 hours? Especially when about a half hour in they asked why we were there. Had us call and get account numbers for add a line and everything.

Went there today to get 4 phones sign said gone to lunch b back by 430 445 latest. We waited til 510 and no one ever unlocked door. Not a good business practice there. Or mayne have more than one employee to help cover breaks and lunches. As far as their service i dont have a problem with the boost product itself.
